1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 616jli account, by accessing the 616jli platform, or by using any of the services provided by 616jli, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the 616jli platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the 616jli platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any third parties accessing 616jli services on behalf of a registered player. Your continued use of the 616jli platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 616jli services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one (1) active 616jli account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 616jli discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, 616jli reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 616jli login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your 616jli account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. 616jli is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

616jli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 616jli account balance promptly upon receipt and confirmation of payment. 616jli does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements. 616jli aims to process all verified withdrawal requests on the same business day. Withdrawal amounts may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the 616jli platform from time to time.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

616jli complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. 616jli reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, and to report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 616jli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed prior to the transaction being processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 616jli are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 616jli are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. 616jli reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, systematic low-risk betting to complete wagering requirements, or collusion between players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 616jli platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, professionally trained dealers operating in regulated environments. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 616jli platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, icons, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation of the site — is the intellectual property of 616jli or its content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 616jli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 616jli content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

616jli's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in your 616jli account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 616jli's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 616jli account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

616jli reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your account poses a fraud or money laundering risk, or that continued service to you would violate applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

Upon termination by 616jli for cause, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances held in the account will be returned subject to applicable verification and investigation procedures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 616jli operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 616jli platform, shall first be submitted in writing to 616jli's customer support at [email protected]. 616jli will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

616jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 616jli will provide notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the 616jli website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the 616jli platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the 616jli platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
